Introduction
Mathora ("the App") is developed and published by RapidRise Tech ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to the Mathora mobile app on Android and iOS.
"RapidRise Tech" is inferred from the developer contact address on file (hello@rapidrisetech.com) — confirm this is the correct registered publisher name before this policy goes live, and replace it if not.
Scope
This policy covers the Mathora app itself. It does not cover the app stores you downloaded it from (Google Play, the App Store), which have their own privacy practices.
Information we collect
Mathora has no account system, no login, and no server it talks to for content. The table below is a complete inventory, checked directly against the app's code.

Information you provide
None. There is no sign-up form, profile, comment box, or upload feature anywhere in the app. You cannot type anything into Mathora that leaves your device.
Automatically collected information
Mathora contains no analytics library, no crash-reporting library, and no device-fingerprinting code of any kind. We do not automatically receive usage statistics, session logs, or diagnostic reports from your device. Standard information the app stores themselves generate (install counts, aggregate ratings, crash rates from the OS's own dashboards) is governed by Google's and Apple's own developer-facing policies, not by Mathora's code.
On-device storage
Mathora stores two things locally, entirely within your device's app storage:
- A content database — the questions, exercises, and solutions for classes 9–12, copied into a local SQLite database the first time you open the app, so every screen after that works offline.
- One preference flag — whether you've completed the onboarding walkthrough, so it doesn't show again.
Neither of these is transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage from your device settings, deletes both completely.
Third-party services
Mathora's typography is rendered using Google Fonts (via the open-source
google_fonts Flutter package). Depending on your device and platform, the
app may need to download the font files it uses (Poppins) the first time they're
needed, which involves a request to Google's font-delivery servers and exposes your
device's IP address to Google in the same way any web request would, governed by
Google's Privacy Policy. No other data is sent as part of this request, and it is not
used by us for tracking or advertising.
We do not use Firebase, any backend server, any analytics SDK, any advertising SDK, or any authentication provider. If that changes in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
This section is written to be accurate under either outcome: whether or not this request actually completes on every platform depends on release-build permission configuration that should be confirmed with a device test before launch. It is disclosed here regardless, to avoid under-stating the app's real network behavior.
Advertising, analytics & tracking
Mathora shows no ads, contains no ad SDK, and does not use your data — or anyone's — for advertising, personalization, or cross-app tracking. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is being collected for these purposes in the first place.
Accounts & sign-in
Not applicable. Mathora does not offer account creation, sign-in, or any form of authentication. Every user has the same experience without identifying themselves in any way.
Payments & subscriptions
Not applicable. Mathora has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid tiers, and processes no payment information.
Push notifications
Not applicable. Mathora does not request notification permission and has no notification functionality.
Educational content & usage
The app does not track which class, chapter, exercise, or question you view. There is no learning-progress, streak, or performance record kept anywhere — on your device or off it.
How we use information
The two items stored locally (§6) are used only to run the app itself: showing content offline, and remembering that you've seen the onboarding screens. We have no server to send anything to, and nothing described in this policy is used for profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond making the app work.
Data retention
Everything Mathora stores lives on your device and stays there for as long as the app is installed. There is no server-side copy to retain or expire, because there is no server. Retention is entirely in your hands: uninstall the app, or clear its storage, and it's gone.
Data security
Because Mathora doesn't transmit personal data to us, the primary security surface is your own device's built-in app sandboxing — the same protection every app on Android and iOS relies on. We follow standard release practices but cannot make guarantees about the security of your device itself.
Your rights & data deletion
Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to look up, export, or delete on request — a deletion or access request to us would return no records. If you'd like confirmation of that in writing, or have any concern about this, contact us using the details in §22.
Neither store's "account deletion" requirement applies here in the way it does for apps with sign-in — Mathora has no accounts to delete. Confirm this reasoning holds when you complete Play Console's Data Safety form and App Store Connect's App Privacy questionnaire, since both explicitly ask whether the app supports account creation.
Children's privacy
Mathora is built for students in grades 9–12 — an age range that includes minors under Pakistani and most other education systems. Because the app collects no personal information from any user, of any age, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and there is no mechanism in the app through which a child (or anyone) could submit personal information even if they wanted to.
Whether to register Mathora under Google Play Families or Apple's Kids Category is a store-listing decision, not something determined by this policy. See the accompanying Legal Risk Report for a recommendation.
International data transfers
Not applicable in the conventional sense — since no personal data is transmitted to us, there is no cross-border transfer of your data by us to track. The only outbound request the app can make is the font-delivery request in §7, to Google's own global infrastructure.
Third-party links
The app itself contains no outbound links to other websites or apps. This policy and any store listing pages may link elsewhere (e.g. to this Privacy Policy from Google Play); those destinations have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
If Mathora's functionality changes in a way that affects what this policy says — for example, if we ever add accounts, analytics, or ads — we will update this page and change the effective date above before that version reaches the store.
